1. Introduction

Welcome to Rapid Venture Lab. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, services, and digital products. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of venture-building and consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Consulting & Advisory Services (strategic consulting, workshops, personalized business development).
• Automated & Digital Products (AI-generated reports, downloadable templates, online tools).
• Subscription-Based Services (upcoming SaaS and membership-based offerings).
• Free Resources & Content (educational materials, case studies, blog content).

Each service type has specific payment, refund, and cancellation policies outlined below.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 General Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
• Invoice-based services must be paid within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee per month of the outstanding amount.

3.2 Retainer Services (6-Month Minimum Commitment)

• All retainer-based services require a 6-month minimum commitment.
• Clients must provide a 60-day notice before canceling after the minimum term.
• Early termination before 6 months requires a buyout fee of 50% of the remaining contract value.

3.3 One-Time Services

• Full upfront payment is required unless otherwise agreed.
• A cancellation before work starts allows for a full refund, EXCEPT for any expenses already incurred.
• "Work Started" includes research, engagement with third-party suppliers, and any resource acquisition.
• Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

3.4 Digital Products & Automated Services

• One-Time Purchases (e.g., downloads, templates): No refunds after access is granted.
• Subscription-Based Digital Products: Refunds available within 7 days only if the product has not been accessed.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) & Usage Rights

• All intellectual property rights remain with Rapid Venture Lab.
• Clients receive a limited license to use materials provided but cannot resell, distribute, or claim ownership.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, or repurpose content without permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to manipulate automated services.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities through our platform.
• Use services in a manner that harms the reputation of Rapid Venture Lab.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation.
• If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Germany.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Rapid Venture Lab reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
